Mama Rosie’s Ravioli Company Addition

This addition to a food processing facility involved refrigerated storage, office space and a new elevator.

Heavy storage and traffic loading were in effect at the first floor. The need for a shallow floor construction depth complicated the support of these loads. Composite steel beams and a composite concrete slab on steel deck satisfied the structural and architectural criteria.
